15. SMS Privacy
When you opt in to receive text messages from VeriClock Inc., we collect your mobile number and keep a record of your consent, including when and how you opted in. We use this information to send the messages you agreed to receive, document your consent, and honor your opt-out requests.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers collected for our SMS program, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide information to service providers acting on our behalf as needed to deliver messages and administer the SMS program.
To withdraw your SMS consent, reply STOP to a VeriClock text message or email help@vericlock.com.
